ShowtimeDoesItAgain:TheBorgiasSetsRecord

The Borgias, starring Jeremy Iron's, premiered over the weekend, giving Showtime it's highest rated premiere in 7 years.  That's a pretty big deal, especially because the network hasn't been in the game all that long.
It had 1.06 million viewers for its premiere, then had another 432,000 for the second showing right afterwards.  More than Shameless, U.S of Tara, even Nurse Jackie.  It also has been getting pretty good reviews, so all in all, mazels all around.

I think it's safe to say that Mr. Irons will have an Emmy by years end.  The mother fucka wins everything he's ever nominated for, and this is just the type of show the academy eats up.
